What data we keep

• Account: name, email, phone (if you give it), language, encrypted password and, if you turn it on, the encrypted two-step verification key.
• What you publish: listings, photos, partner page, résumé and job applications.
• Payments: plan, amounts, method and reference. Card details are handled by PayPal and never pass through our server.
• Security: your IP address and browser when you sign in and for important actions, to protect your account and detect abuse.
• Visits: we count how many times each page is seen per day, without tracking cookies and without storing who visited.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: your account, your listings, the job board and your plans.
• To send you necessary emails: verification, notices about your listings, applications and receipts. We do not send advertising without your consent.
• To protect the site and its users against fraud and attacks.
• To meet accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

- Other users, only what you publish (for example, the phone number on a listing) or send (your résumé to the employer you apply to).
- Providers that help us operate: server hosting, email delivery and PayPal for payments.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a single necessary cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How long

• Your account and what you publish: as long as the account exists.
• Security logs and sign-in attempts: up to 90 days.
• Payments and receipts: as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years), without your other data if you delete your account.
• Backups: up to 14 days.

Your rights (Law 172-13)

You can access, correct and delete your data, and object to its use. From My account → Security you can:
- Download all your data in one file.
- Delete your account: your profile, listings, résumé, applications, favourites and partner page are erased.
For any other request, write to us and we will answer within the time limits set by law.

Security

Encrypted passwords, HTTPS, two-step verification, attack protection and daily backups.

Minors

The site is not intended for people under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date below and notify you of important changes.
